For the homes that will remain occupied during the listing period this consult is an ideal starting point. I conduct a full assessment of your home both inside and out. I will cover things such as furniture and accessory placement, cosmetic repairs, color recommendations and optimal curb appeal. My recommendations are presented in a written report.

 

Vacant Staging

For Vacant homes I will provide all the home furnishings needed to complete fully staged spaces that both complement the homes style and appeal to today's home buyer.  Staging will transform your home that potential buyers can relate to and enhances an emotional connection to the home

Color Consults 

Color is such an important element in a home. Having a cohesiveness throughout will help potential buyers see themselves living there. I will provide color samples and suggestions for a few rooms or, if needed, the whole home.

Depending on the scope of the project and work needed, I will recommend a list of certified contractors or manage the project personally from beginning to end.
